I am an animal rescuer.
I will save lives. I will lose lives.
I will make wise decisions.I will make mistakes.
I will be surrounded by people who understand what I do and how I feel.
I will be criticized by those who do not understand.
I will rejoice when each homeless huggable finds a new forever family.
I will suffer through days when I cannot get those lost out of my mind.

Adoptables in Murray County

Today we are going to talk about adopting an animal from the shelter, in particular the Murray County Animal Shelter. Why choose adoption? The kitties at Murray County are tested, given shots, and fixed. You gain a new member of your family. You save the life of a kitty that will be killed if not adopted.

Now let me show you the sweethearts that we have have available today. The first ones listed are the ones that made it from last week. They are on the list to be killed Friday May 25,2012

This boy(110197) has been here for a little while and needs out this week. He is a purr machine ready for love in all the right places.

Next on the list is another sweetie (110643)that was held over. She is a tabby with white. She loves to play, is loving and outgoing. She will make a wonderful addition to any family.

This little tortie girl(110570) is a real sweetheart. She likes to keep herself neat and clean. She does not mind at all if you want to pet her because she is a lover! She has been here awhile and needs a home now.

There is a tabby mom(110661) with her babies that are waiting on a home. This mama is so sweet and loving. She allows you to hold her and her babies.

This big black female(110899) is so loving. How can anyone resist that face? Fluttering her eyes waiting for you.

Next up is two 1 year old girls. One is an orange tabby and the other is a long haired tortie (110895 and 110896). Both are friendly girls and have no problems getting along with each other.

It is tortie time because we have a lot of them this week. 110865 is another tortie that is love doll. Only a year old and ready to live for a long time with you!

This young mom(100900) keep to herself probably because she is trying to wean her 5 week old calico baby(110901). This baby is ready to play and is a loving little thing!

Now this is a lady! This long haired calico(110811) is so sweet. She loves  to be petted. She is about 3-4 years old. I bet she would love for you to brush her!

Last but not least is a litter of kittens. 7 weeks old and they play until they drop! Who can resist a playful kitten? Who wants the energy they have?

We also have a beautiful long hair calico with babies(110830-832). She keeps to herself. Most likely tired of watching her babies and is ready for you to watch them! These babies love to be played with and petted.

Now which one is going home with you? can you help? Send this post to everyone you know. Let's find homes!
